Tipps

Use Quality Tea Leaves

Invest in high-quality loose green tea leaves for the best flavor. The quality of the tea you use will have a direct impact on the taste of your infusion.

Infuse Longer for Stronger Flavor

If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can let the ingredients steep in the boiling water for longer. However, this may also increase caffeine levels.

Try Cold Infusion

For a milder but equally delicious version, you can put all the ingredients in cold water and refrigerate overnight. This is known as cold infusion.

Adjust Sweetness

If you prefer your drinks on the sweeter side, consider adding a splash of maple syrup or stevia. Remember, honey is a histamine liberator and should be avoided.

Keep It Fresh

This infusion is best enjoyed fresh. Consume within 24 hours of brewing to ensure the flavors are crisp and the histamine levels haven't increased.
