Tipps

Use Fresh Ingredients

Use the freshest ingredients possible to ensure the most desirable taste and to avoid any unnecessary histamine build-up.

Let Quinoa Steam

After the quinoa has absorbed all the water, remove it from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes with the lid on. This step 'steams' the quinoa resulting in a fluffier texture.

Chill the Salad

For a refreshing and cooling experience, chill the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving.
