Refreshing Mint and Ginger Infusion

During a trip to Asia, I was introduced to the idea of healing through food and drinks. In one small village, the elders drank a soothing mint and ginger infusion daily. Intrigued, I learned to make my own version. Upon my return, it became a staple for my histamine-intolerant patients. They loved its taste and it helped them minimize their symptoms without compromising on flavor.
